The Legion
In the 1930s, the Legion formed composed primarily of Witches and Daemons fighting side by side against humanity for their rights of existence. In the tail end of the 1930s, Vampyres began to align, at least the ones exposed, but their alignment draws questions of intention for the cause, or if they merely fight for the easy meal. So long as their fangs are not stirring unnecessary trouble (which they still often do) and pointed tactfully towards the enemy and not among the Legion, Vampyres are accepted among the ranks. However, there are long-standing tensions between all species that not only make the Legion a curious mixing pot of conflicting nature, but one recognized as likely temporary as they are likely to turn on each other when the war ends. If the war ends. The Legion is involved in battles, infiltration, sabotage, assassinations and whatever else may aid them in the war. They are the organized front, the first and only organized front of supernatural kind.
Legion is very Supernatural forward, fighting for a place in the world to be carved out with a knife. While some fight for their right to exist alone, the core of Legion stands like Gods among humans believing that when the War is over that immortals and magic users will stand superior as they did in ancient times.

The British Royal Forces
A formal government military of the United Kingdom led by the Crown and House of Lords as of 1938. This human-centric military began conscription of all able-bodied men ages 18-40 to fight against supernatural kind and now the Legion. Their goal is less to rid the world of supernatural kind, but to rid the United Kingdom of Supernatural kind and aid Western European allies in doing the same. On the front, this faction is human only and considers sympathizers traitors to the humanity, however, due to the conscription and many supernatural’s still in shadow with no test to differentiate them before basic check for obvious fangs, magic or sprouting from the dead, their ranks are flooded with supernatural’s undercover. This is not unknown; the entire military is constantly suspicious of each other that even an oddity might get reported.
Headquarters: New London, Blackgate
Recruitment: MANDATORY CONSCRIPTION FOR HUMAN MEN BETWEEN THE GES OF 18-40; Supernaturals may join if fronting as human and pass the "rapid healing" hand cut and fang test. The Watchers
The Watchers is one of the oldest factions known in existence. For over a millennium, it has operated as a “secret society”, spoken of like a legend but never truly met face to face. Members of the Watchers have always been benevolent mortals and immortals of supernatural awareness sworn in the preservation of supernatural history, lineage, and secrecy. Over the centuries, the Watchers have interfered with human government to sway away awareness of supernatural, to retrieve artifacts and books from human collections, and preserve knowledge often preferred to be burned or may have been lost in linage collapses. While the Watchers may intervene, they never intervene beyond their goals. “Mortal problems,” they may say, even if it sits uncomfortably with the mortals among their ranks. They cannot complete their tasks if they are dead getting involved in other problems. Despite this, It has never stopped a Watcher in collaborating with others to help on their behalf.
Mortals among them are often given artifacts or patroned to immortality if they serve well. It is rumored that the Watchers may possess the last of the Witches with Master Magic since the first witch trials.

The Knights of Judas (The Guild)
The Knights of Judas have been around for a millennium akin to the Knights of Templar with the pledge of ridding the Earth of Evil (Supernaturals) under holy vows (Poverty, chastity, Obedience). Originally part of the Catholic church and still remains so to this day. However, in the legalization of Mercenaries, they created a branch called “The Guild” that operates under them without vow, collecting new recruits to train properly. While many lone wolf hunters and factions of Mercenaries exist, the Guild and its parent, the Knights of Judas, stand as the largest and most organized, instilling Catholic values into their Hunters. Those who align with the Knights are adopted into the true ranks of the order. Unlike other Mercenaries, the Knights of Judas strive toward helping and protecting humanity, and does not condone collateral damage even if sanctioned by the crown.

Irish Defense Forces (Óglaigh na hÉireann)
The Irish Defense Forces (Óglaigh na hÉireann) are a compact, neutrality-oriented military composed of the Army, the Air Corps, and the Naval Service, historically focused on protecting Ireland’s territory and maintaining its role as a supernatural sanctuary. Although Ireland has long upheld strict neutrality, its protection of Witches and other supernatural refugees has now drawn direct hostility, forcing the Defense Forces into active combat as the country faces bombing campaigns targeting its sanctuary policies. The Army leads ground defense and civilian protection, the Air Corps carries out reconnaissance and emergency intercept missions, and the Naval Service secures coastal waters against further incursions. Despite being thrust into conflict against its will, Ireland maintains its commitment to sheltering supernatural populations, working independently yet quietly aligned with the Legion while defending its sovereignty and its protected communities under fire.
