Anselm serves as a well known information broker known as "Shepard" and is a Member of the Watchers. Constantly haunted by the memories of his mortal foundation as a Knight of a Holy Order and what he has become. Anselm is slowly learning how to be nothing but himself, free of the chains and restricts he has placed upon himself or the ones others placed upon him. He is a Vampyre that takes vows very seriously, living for true deals of equal value in services, information and acquisition. Still veiled in secrecy, he has positioned himself in such a way he is hiding in plain sight. True neutral as of 1940s, knowing when to let things be just a human problem and when to intervene. He will listen to those who come to his drop points to barter their deals for information, safe passage in or out of Blackgate, searching for people or things, and more.
Deep down his goals are to keep his clan (family) safe despite the truth of supernaturals far exposed. Danger is no stranger given his past and queer relationship with his life partner, Fate. But in the older days no one was looking for their fangs as they do today.

Anselm is always in need of clients who are seeking something, or someone, or some piece of information. While he may not follow the course of their journey, he is a great place to start.
Likewise, he needs assets. Informants of his network, smugglers, dealers, black marketers, ship captains, pilots, train operators, constables, document forgers and more. Anselm acts more as a middle man, never letting his assets meet if he can help it (but war tends to take those choices away) but always well networked to get things done.

Her father is a part of The Guild now and her uncles are fully dedicated to Catholic ways as priests and are involved in Knights of Judas. She didn't know anything about this part until she was more aware of the world and it became public in late childhood. She was raised extremely Catholic and does her best to adhere, but that is breaking away more and more. She was used in propaganda for the anti-supernatural side despite how she really feels.
She needs to figure out what side she is really on, but because she is highly impressionable, she could be used by any faction, especially against her family. I would love to see that, along with perhaps a forbidden romance that parallels with possibly an arranged marriage on the horizon to someone who impresses her uncle.

Knights of Judas/The Guild: The Stones have always been faithful. They would be seen around and she possibly when to Catholic School with other children of the faction.
Potential Arranged Marriage: Someone that is most definitely in The Guild, or has decided to switch from Knights to Guild to abandon vow of chastity to marry. Would be something of a "war hero" like persona and awarded and adored by this faction. Male, Hunter, Human, Any Age.
Entertainment Industry: She has been an actress since she was sixteen. Eva would really like to stop being involved in propaganda shows that show human superiority storylines and do something more.
A Target: Eva is easily fooled and not quick at figuring things out. She could easily be used by other factions if they have weaseled themselves in. She is still fairly sheltered, but is also looking for chances to sneak out and experience the world or learn more.
